Nomination form for LEPH2021 virtual conference sponsorship for lower and middle income countries (LMICs)

We are excited to announce that due to our generous sponsors and the goodwill of our presenters and attendees who have promptly paid their registration fees, we have the capacity to invite other guests to advance our mission of including voices from all corners of the globe in the LEPH conference series.

We are seeking nominations of leaders, academics, practitioners and young people who are engaged in activities relating to community safety and wellbeing from lower and middle income countries (LMICs).

The conference will be held online between 22-26 March 2021, Philadelphia EST.

We are accepting self-nominations as well as nominations on behalf of other people. Simply complete the form below and submit before the 15th of February 2021 to be considered.

There are 25 sponsored registrations available.

Successful nominees will be notified by the 20th of February.
